1. Customer and Billing Support operates 24/7. Providing your personal details to these teams enables us to promptly and efficiently address your queries and assist with any needs you may have.

All interactions with our Customer and Billing Support teams, along with any information you share, including feedback about Models, are securely stored and reviewed to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions and to facilitate timely responses to your inquiries. Some of these recorded interactions may also be utilized for training purposes within our support teams, enhancing our ability to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Please be informed that our Customer and Billing Support teams have access to all relevant information collected about you to facilitate thorough and effective assistance. They may contact you through various means such as email and phone as necessary.
• General Exchanges: We may also use emails or other suitable methods to notify you about any updates regarding our site or announcements related to your membership, such as successful account creation or changes in loyalty mask rank.

• You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time, though this may impact your future site experience. Billing Support
1. We utilize your identification and payment details to facilitate transactions, which vary depending on your chosen payment method but apply to most methods. It’s important to understand that your payment will be handled by our group affiliates or third-party payment processors/service providers, as detailed in Section 9 “Payment providers and financial institutions”.
2. This use of your personal information is essential to process payments effectively and deliver the credits or services you have acquired, thereby fulfilling our contractual obligations to you.
Refound Policy
Monetary Refound
In the following circumstances, you are entitled to request a monetary refund:
1. If it is proven that your card was used fraudulently on our website your money will be refunded. Should you suspect credit card fraud, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
2. For erroneous purchases made by you, provided that these are not systematic requests (one time only):
– If the purchased credits are not spent, then you are entitled to a full refund.
– If the purchased credits are spent partially, then you are entitled to a partial refund.
3. In case we end your membership for any reason, with or without explanation.
In such a case, you shall receive a refund, pro rata, of any paid but unused fees that we have received from you.
If your membership was terminated because of violation of our Terms & Conditions and (or) Privacy Policy, or at your request, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees.
Please note that unused credits (excluding subscription credits) expire 90 days after their purchase date.
Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the one-month subscription period and will not be moved to the next subscription period.
The money refunded will NOT exceed the amount paid for a particular service or product.
