Billing
How Do I Get Paid?
Payments are processed and deposited into your bank account at the end of your session with a member. Here’s how the process works:
1. Unique Payment Link: At the start of your session, you will receive a unique payment link through the ORW WhatsApp account. This link is specific to you and your session.
2. End of Session: At the end of your session, send this link to the member and instruct them to click on it. This action allows them to receive a thank you message from you and to rate the session.
3. Verification Process: The link was generated when the member used their credit card to agree to the payment amount. When the link is clicked, ORW verifies the location and other relevant information to ensure that you are not clicking it, as any attempt at fraud will result in forfeiture of the payment.
4. Payment Transfer:
• Immediate Transfer: If the member clicks the link and provides a positive review, the money is transferred to your bank account immediately.
• Delayed Transfer: If the member does not click the link, the payment is held for 24 hours before being transferred.
• Dispute Handling: If the member reports any issues, the payment is held until ORW reviews the situation. Depending on the findings, the member may receive a partial or full refund or the payment may be released to you.
5. System Abuse: Members attempting to abuse the system to get services without payment will be permanently blocked from the platform.
• Best Practices: To avoid disputes and ensure positive experiences:
• Start with smaller engagements and build trust.
• Ask for feedback and respect the member’s comfort levels.
• Avoid making aggressive requests that could lead to complaints.
